INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – Indiana couples who want to get married on Valentine’s Day can get hitched at the Marion County clerk’s office in Indianapolis. Clerk Beth White will perform civil wedding ceremonies and vow renewals tomorrow to raise money for the American Heart Association. Reservations are full and walk-ins will be served on a first-come basis.
