A Fort Wayne man is under arrest, charged with molesting a 4-year-old girl. Richard Harmon II was arrested and booked into the Allen County Jail on child molesting charges and for failing to rergister as a sex offender. Harmon reportedly slept next to the young girl back in August. It was confirmed the following day that she had been molested. Harmon denies touching the girl but said if he did do anything, he did so in his sleep. His bail was set at $70,000.
