FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Gas prices are back up locally for another straight week, and they could stay that way. Patrick DeHaan with www.gasbuddy.com calls it “March Madness,” which he says is a time when gas prices spike. He expects the national average to rise 35-50 cents/gallon by the time prices peak in April or May. Prices both nationally and locally are still lower than they were a year ago.
