FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Patrick DeHaan with GasBuddy.com says average prices in Fort Wayne have risen 9.1 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.52 per gallon yesterday. DeHaan adds that, with the summer driving season behind us and fall in demand, much of the nation should see prices drop by mid-September. By Halloween, we could see a national average lower than the $3.31 per gallon at the start of the year.
