GRABILL, Ind. (WOWO): The Allen County Coroner's Office has identified a Grabill man who was hit by a car while riding a lawnmower on Labor Day. 

52 year old William Wagaman was killed on State Road 37 near Ricker Road when he was hit by a vehicle that went off the roadway. 

His death has been ruled an accident and that he died by blunt force trauma. He's the 22nd traffic fatality in Allen County this year.
