INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Civil engineering students can apply for scholarships from the Indiana Department of Transportation this month. The highway department is offering competitive scholarships of $3,125 per semester for up to five years, including up to two years of graduate school. Applicants must be full-time students accepted or currently enrolled in a qualifying civil engineering program.
