Historical B-17 Bomber on Display at Fort Wayne International

 

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): It's a hands-on, up-close and personal look at World War II history.  The Liberty Foundation is bringing their B-17 bomber, “the Memphis Belle” to Fort Wayne International. The group says the plane is a flying museum.

This plane was the featured in the 1990's movie, “Memphis Belle.” The bomber is on display from from 10 to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Fort Wayne International Airport.
