Huntington Judge Recuses Self From Wall Case

A judge in Huntington County has recused himself in the case against County Commissioner Tom Wall who is accused of inappropriately touching two women in separate incidents. Our news partner, I-N-C says, Judge Hefflefinger made the announcement this morning. Judge Kiecoff from Wells County will step in when the case returns to court on November 14th. If convicted, Commissioner Wall could face $7,000 in fines and up to three-and-a-half years behind bars.
