Indiana Man Apparently Kills Self at Shooting Range

MARION, Ind. (AP) _ North-central Indiana police say a Kokomo man apparently took his own life at a shooting range.

Police say the man suffered a single gunshot wound to his head Sunday afternoon at the Deer Creek Conservation Club near Gas City.

The Chronicle-Tribune reports that police say the fatal injury appeared to have been self-inflicted.

Grant County Coroner Stephen Dorsey declined Sunday to release the man's name, pending notification of relatives. He says the man was a member of the Deer Creek Conservation Club.
