INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO):  Due to the anticipated snow and record low temperatures, the State is adjusting its hours of operations for Monday, January 6th.  All Indiana State Government offices across the state where public business is conducted will open at 10:00 a.m. local time.
