Indiana to Take Part in Sober Boating Effort

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indiana conservation officers will take part in a national campaign aimed at raising awareness of the dangers of boating under the influence. Operation Dry Water is scheduled for the weekend before the Fourth of July. State officials say boating while intoxicated accounts for a disproportionate number of on-the-water deaths.
