ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): An inmate at the Steuben County Jail faces another charge.

Thirty-seven year old Chad Traster is now accused of a felony neglect causing injury. The arrest follows a year-long investigation into the death of an infant dating to November, 2012.

In the case, a three-month old died. While abuse was reported, the investigation determined the death was not connected to those initial injuries. Traster is held without bond.
