INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The data, released at noon today by the Indiana Department of Education, show that scores went up statewide, with 79.5% of Indiana students passing the English/Language Arts portion of the test and 82.7% passing math. These numbers are preliminary and will be finalized after students and parents have the chance to request re-scores of the Applied Skills part of the test. The release of the Science scores is anticipated in late October.
