FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Jefferson Pointe now has a new owner.

The mall’s sale was announced Monday according to our Partners in News at ABC 21.

Jefferson Pointe is now under the ownership of Jefferson Pointe Center SPE, changing hands from Institutional Mall Investors LLC. The deal was brokered by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P., a commercial real estate broker.

Details of the sale, including price, have not been disclosed.

Jefferson Pointe opened in 2000 and includes 407,000 square feet of stores, restaurants, and a movie theater.
