Jury Trial Scheduled for Huntington County Commissioner’s Misdemeanor Case

Huntington, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – The Huntington County Commissioner who is facing 7 counts of battery appeared in court Tuesday to find out when he’ll be put on trial.

County Commissioner Tom Wall has been scheduled for trial on March 6th. Wall is accused of inappropriately touching two different women.


The county commissioner faces up to 3 and ½ years behind bars and $7,000 dollars in fines. Wall was recently re-elected as county commissioner.
