not sure about the report that cats cause problems later in life. Come from a family of cat owners both grandparents, my siblings my children and grandchildren. Have not notice any problems with associated with ownership of cats per your report on todays radio.
Keep the cats box clean. No dog poop to scoop up from the yard with cats. Your report did not help the overloaded humane shelters.
