The Fort Wayne Komets announced Thursday that defenseman William Lacasse has signed a tryout agreement and has been added to the preseason roster.
Lacasse, 26, will be entering his second pro year after making his pro debut last season in ECHL stints with Greenville, Idaho and San Francisco posting totals of two goals, five points and 22 penalty minutes in 26 games. the K's open the ECHL season October 19th when they host Toledo at the Coliseum in a 7:30 faceoff.
