Kosciusko Co. Home Invasion Sentencing

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): One of the three men involved in a violent Kosciusko County home invasion has been sentenced. 19-year-old Austin Howard-Smith was given two years in jail for his part as the getaway driver. Police say that two other men involved in the crime broke down the door of a home. One of them, armed with a rifle, hit one of the homeowners and held him down while making off with a television set and two iPhones. The vehicle used in the home invasion was borrowed from Howard-Smith's mother.
