NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. (WOWO): Authorities in North Manchester are asking for your help locating a missing person. 

63 year old Abel Delira has reportedly been missing since last Thursday, September 10th, but authorities are just getting word that he's missing. 

He was last seen leaving the Meadow Acres Mobile Home Park in southern Kosciusko County on a grey and orange bicycle. He may also have been spotted at the playground of North Manchester Elementary School.
