FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne lawmaker wants to lower the blood alcohol content. State Senator Tom Wyss says he agrees with the National Transportation Safety Boards proposal to drop the level from point zero-eight to point zero-five. He adds that nearly all people are impaired at point zero-five.  Wyss told our partners in News at 21 Alive, for every alcohol-related death on the highway, there are another 19 related to alcohol that require hospitalization.
