WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Tuesday, a man drove his minivan through a wall at Ace Hardware in Warsaw.

The driver is identified as 65-year-old John Mayer of Warsaw. Police say he claimed he hit the gas pedal instead of the brake as he pulled up to the store on Center Street just before 4:00 p.m. Mayer refused a blood alcohol test and was booked into jail on an OWI charge. Damage to the store is estimated at $20,000.
