TOLEDO, Ohio (AP): Authorities in northwest Ohio say a man chased and fatally shot his 20-year-old ex-girlfriend in her car before barricading himself in his home and committing suicide. Police in Toledo identified the woman killed Sunday morning as Kaitlin Gerber. Police say her former boyfriend, 29-year-old Jashua Perz, chased her in a car and fired shots at her. She crashed her car in a parking lot, possibly after being struck by a bullet.
