FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man had to be tased at a Fort Wayne apartment complex after leading police on a foot chase. P

olice were patrolling the Eden Glen Apartments in southeast Fort Wayne at about 10:45 PM Wednesday night when they saw two men acting suspicious. 

One of them had a gun on him. The two took off when police went to investigate.

 One of the suspects, Nga Nga Lwin, dropped a handgun. The other suspect, Richard Hatch, was tased during the pursuit. 

Lwin has been charged with having a handgun without a license and obliterating a gun serial number while Hatch and Lwin both are charged with multiple counts of resisting arrest.
