Marsh Supermarkets Owner Facing Fraud Allegations

The former CEO of Marsh Supermarkets is heading to court to face allegations he used the company as his “personal checkbook.” The supermarket chain has sued Don Marsh, claiming he defrauded the company of millions of dollars to finance extravagant trips to buy expensive gifts. Jury selection is slated to begin today in Indianapolis.
