KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Kosciusko County woman is facing battery charges after authorities say she harmed her own child. 

18-year-old Madison Jones was arrested Friday after police found her child injured at their Milford home.

The child was taken to the Lutheran Hospital Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Fort Wayne in serious condition.

Jones was preliminary charged with felony battery and will face more charges this week.
