Indiana Treasurer Richard Mourdock says he’s recovering mentally and physically from his painful loss to Democratic U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly and he no longer is ruling out another run for political office. Mourdock says he spoke at three GOP Lincoln Day dinners last week and has three more planned this week.
