FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A  woman accused of neglect in early January will stand trial in July in Allen Superior Court.

Justice Fran Gull will preside over the case.

Forty-one year old Marian Clark of Monroeville is charged with numerous felony neglect counts after police and other authorities found seven children living in a motel room on Fort Wayne's east side.

During the investigation, children were eating food off the floor and were under dressed in the extreme cold weather. One of the children was zip-tied to a car seat.
