A new apartment complex could be coming to the downtown area of the City of Churches. An article in this morning’s paper says the guy who owns the Randall Building on S. Harrison has an agreement with a company out of Carmel to renovate the building and turn it into one and two bedroom apartments. The company, Real America Development, has several income based apartment complexs around the state.
