ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – Police are still on the hunt for a man who slipped away from Allen County Sheriff’s Deputies after being handcuffed.  The Journal-Gazette says, 21-year-old Curtis Thomas was being arrested on a drug warrant at his home on Fox Avenue near West Creighton  back on April 16th.  He reportedly ran off while handcuffed.  In addition to his original charges, he also faces charges of resisting law enforcement and theft, for running away with the department’s handcuffs.
