Kendallville Woman Arrested on Theft, Forgery Charges

KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (WOWO) – Charges have been filed against a Noble County woman for allegedly stealing more than $100,000 from her employer.  41-year-old Christina Zimmerman was arrested at her Kendallville home on Tuesday evening.  Her employer said they had noticed some accounting irregularities between 2005 and 2011.  It was at that time, they say an investigation showed that Zimmerman had embezzled the money to pay for personal expenses, such as credit card and cell phone bills.  She has been charged with felony theft and forgery.
