FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  Allen County Veterans will be receiving new benefits and incentives when they sign up for a new program.

It's called Honor Rewards, and Veterans can sign up at honorrewards.com and select Allen County, Indiana. Once there, they add their information. In a week or so, they'll receive a rewards card.  Vets can Also sign up, in person at the Allen County Recorder's Office. 

The program connects businesses who want to pay tribute to those who served. County Recorder Anita Mather says in other communities the rewards are significant.

She's also minted a challenge coin for veterans when they sign up.
