NEW YORK (AP) _ The Atlantic Coast Conference’s plan to expand has come to fruition. Notre Dame, Pittsburgh and Syracuse officially become members of the ACC today, giving the league 15 members. Commissioner John Swofford, North Carolina basketball coach Roy Williams and others will hold a news conference today about the expansion.
