ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Allen County Sheriff’s Detectives are trying to identify a lottery ticket thief. Officials say the suspect went into the Mac Food Mart on Coldwater Road several times on the evening of March 4^th. When the attendant walked away from the counter, the suspect took scratch-off tickets from behind the counter and left the store. He then went back into the store after several minutes and took several more lottery tickets. The suspect then left in a red 1998-2002 Ford Escort with a sunroof. He is described as a white man in his 20s, with short brown thinning hair, a slender build, and standing around 5’ 5”, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white draw-strings and blue jeans.
