ROANOKE, Ind. (WOWO): A shovel-ready industry park is open for business. 
Stonebridge Business Park is located in Southwest Allen County near General Motors and I-69. Redevelopment officials say its all about offering an environment that lures business to the county and creating new jobs.
The property, formerly known as Silverado Industrial Park, underwent significant infrastructure improvements.
The project $6 million dollar investment includes new streets, water and sewer lines and a storm water systems.
