A Putnam County Ohio woman is dead following a two vehicle crash that happened on State Route 15 at 6-34 just north of Continental.

That crash happened just before 8-30 last night when a vehicle driven by a 32 year old Contineintal woman failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by an SUV driven by a 43 year old Cloverdale woman.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the 32 year old woman was not wearing a seatbelt and was declared dead at the scene. The 43 year old woman and two juvenile passengers were transported with serious injuries.
