FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO) – One person has died after a rollover crash on Washington Center Road near Flaugh.

Police got a call to that area just after 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Once police arrived on the scene, they learned that a woman was driving on Washington Center when she left the north side of the roadway and started to roll. 

She was thrown from the SUV and was pronounced dead at the scene.  According to police, she was not wearing her seat belt and speed was also a factor. 

In the meantime, the crash remains under investigation.
