NEW YORK (AP) _ Paul George scored a season-high 35 points as the Indiana Pacers pulled out a 103-96 victory last night over the New York Knicks. George Hill added 23 points and eight rebounds for the Pacers. Carmelo Anthony had 30 points and 18 rebounds for the Knicks.
