INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Roy Hibbert had 18 points and 11 rebounds last night to lead the Indiana Pacers past the Detroit Pistons 98-79. David West scored 14 points and Lance Stephenson also recorded a double-double for the Pacers. Greg Monroe led the Pistons with 18 points and nine boards.
