FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Parkview Field is once again #1.
The downtown Fort Wayne ballpark is the most popular one in all of Minor League Baseball’s Class A level. The home of the Fort Wayne TinCaps just won Ballpark Digest’s “Best of the Ballparks” fan voting competition for the second time in three years, beating out Four Winds Field in South Bend in the finals Tuesday.
More than 58,000 votes were cast in the poll. Parkview Field has also been rated the #1 ballpark experience for Minor League Baseball fans for the past four consecutive years by national publication Stadium Journey.
