Allen County Right to Life has learned that members of the Republican House caucus are privately pushing to have the protections for unborn children with disabilities stripped from House Bill 1337. Removal of disabilities protection will not only allow discrimination against unborn children with disabilities to continue in Indiana, it will also jeopardize all of House Bill 1337 by sending it to conference committee where the bill may die before the end of session.

I was LIVID when I heard your interview with Cathie Humbarger about HB-1337! I couldn’t believe that there are those on the Republican side of the aisle who would consider stripping that bill of any provisions protecting the unborn! They call themselves conservatives! I hope they are stopped and if not, I hope they are found out and their actions and motives become well publicized. I came home and contacted Bob Morris right away. Keep up the good work!
