INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Governor Mike Pence and state lawmakers used a ceremonial bill signing to promote the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The new law lends the speedway $100 million from the state to pay for repairs and improvements. Pence and legislative sponsors met in his office yesterday for the bill signing.
