Person of interest in Huntington shooting arrested

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne Police arrested a man wanted in connection to a Huntington shooting Saturday afternoon.

Joseph Anthony Mills Jr. was arrested just after 2 p.m. in the 3700 block of E. Washington Boulevard. He was arrested on an active warrant for being a habitual traffic violator.

Mills was arrested in a traffic stop without incident before he was transferred to Huntington officials.

Huntington Police began looking for Mills after a shooting victim showed up at a Huntington hospital Friday afternoon, according to the Journal Gazette.
