STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – Police in Steuben County have arrested a man there for failing to register as a sex or violent offender.  28-year-old Nicholas Krebs was taken into custody yesterday in Hamilton.  Detectives had launched an investigation after getting information that Krebs allegedly failed to register his employment with the sheriff’s department.  He was booked into the Steuben County Jail and was later released after posting bond.
