DEFIANCE COUNTY, Ohio. (WOWO): Police in Defiance County, Ohio are investigating a fatal crash that happened on State Road 111.

On Saturday, 78-year-old Fred Justinger lost control near Hammersmith Road, and veered off the roadway. Police say he travelled down an embankment and hit several trees.

Justinger was pronounced dead at the scene and police are investigating why he may have veered off the road.
