Restaurant shooting suspect charged with attempted murder, warrant issued

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – Fort Wayne Police are still seeking a recent restaurant shooting suspect.

Gabriel Hicks, 29, is described as a black male, 5’9″ tall, weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He’s known to wear colored contact lenses and has tattoos on both arms and his neck.

He is wanted for a September 21 shooting that left two people in critical condition.

The Journal Gazette reports Hicks was charged with two counts of attempted murder Wednesday, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued.
