Senate Panel OKs Study to Help Veterans with PTSD

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indiana veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injuries could get help from the state if support continues for a Senate bill.  The Senate Health Committee on Wednesday voted unanimously in support of the bill. The legislation would require the Indiana State Department of Health to study whether it's feasible to begin funding a program in support of veterans.
