State of the Region Shows Economic Progress on Key Initiatives

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Northeast Indiana has made significant progress over the last decade in creating a strong economic climate for growth…that according to the State of the Region given this morning by the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership. A baseline of economic data developed by the partnership shows that this year, northeast Indiana is outpacing the nation in the growth of per capita personal income, and officials say our area is on the right track as we continue to recover from the last recession.
