FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Police have charged a suspect in the Wednesday’s fatal shooting of 17-year-old Elijah Freeman.  18-year-old Deadrian Boykins of Fort Wayne was taken into custody. Freeman was gunned down after a confrontation on Hugh Street.
