SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) _ Manti Te’o lowered his 40-yard dash time by more than a tenth of a second during Notre Dame’s pro day. The Heisman Trophy runner-up posted a best time of 4.69 seconds yesterday. Te’o ran a 4.82-second 40-yard dash at the NFL combine in Indianapolis last month.
