This 28th Amendment idea is GARBAGE. The Constitution and it Amendments are designed to SECURE RIGHTS. The 28th idea from the feted mind of Gavin Gruesome is designed to TAKE RIGHTS. With over half the states no recognizing a Constitutional right to carry a weapon for self defense without a state issued permission slip, it is highly unlikely to get the requisite number of states to support such an amendment. The irony is that the Gruesome state has all these provisions already and none of them have lowered the crime rate in Kalifornia a single percentage point. The United States would be wise to reject his lame ideas since they apparently do not work in Kalifornia. They would not work in the rest of the country. Those state likely to support the idea, like Kalifornia, already have these provisions and they are not working. Technology changes, but the heart of man does not change unless it meets Jesus Christ.
